Recent Projects Awarded
We are proud to be awarded the new David Strangway Building, a mixed-use building on Westbrook Mall, UBC Campus through UBC Property Trust in November 2005.
Spectrum Management won the tender for Jericho Village managed by Martello Property Services. Situated at Broadway & Alma, Jericho Village is a retail and offices mall and Spectrum will commence servicing this Mall as of March 1st, 2006.
Winter Celebration
