President - Mr. William Ng
William has been in the janitorial industry since 1978. Before running his own business, he worked for major janitorial companies in Calgary and Vancouver, with extensive coverage ranging from cleaning supervision in educational institutions, top grade commercial buildings, hospital and medical centres to retail shopping malls. His experience was further enhanced by being a professional cleaning consultant to a prominent financial institution in Hong Kong. He has excellent knowledge on all cleaning operations and customer services.
He oversees and directs the Company, with focus on exploring new avenues to improve customer services, budgeting and streamlining operations to enhance customer satisfaction and reaching out to expand market share in the janitorial industry.
Operations Manager - Mr. Paul Bisla
With 28 years working experience in the janitorial field, Paul is well conversant with all aspects in cleaning operations and has accumulated the required management and client service skills from the past two decades working as foreman and building supervisor in major domestic cleaning companies and educational institution.
He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Company, ensuring all cleaning issues, including concerns and requests, either on routine or extra schedule, are completed to the entire satisfaction of tenants, landlords and building management.
He works closely with Manager Customer Relations to monitor the quality of services through daily site inspections and follow through closely on all concerns identified. He meets daily with area supervisors to review work progress, ensures continuity of service standards and directs a strong work force.
On top of overseeing operations, he provides professional advices to tenants and landlords on cleaning needs as well as floor and carpet maintenances.
Manager Customer Relations - Gina Lee
Gina is a seasoned Customer Relations veteran specializing in Service Excellency, marketing, business strategies & implementation with considerable operations experiences in the areas of land & property development, architectural, interior design advertising, merchandising (ladies apparel), hotel management consultant, insurance and banking industries throughout the world including North America, Europe and Asia.
She a Psychology graduate of the University of British Columbia.
Gina is responsible for the daily liaison with tenants and coordination with all the maintenance personnel. She is accountable for all direct client services as well as ensuring the Operations is abreast of all current Tenant/Landlord issues.
She conducts monthly inspection for each building with the respective Building Engineer or Building Superintendent. This is completed with a detailed building inspection report. She addresses clients' concerns and follow-up with tenants with calls and visits derived from these reports in addition to the regular calls and visits.
